Before You Sail

  • 14 Days Prior to Sailing - Check in online using your booking number

  • Download the app from your cruise line - you'll use this on the ship for just about everything. Carnival, Royal, Norwegian, and Virgin are all easy to find in the app store. 

Travel Documents

  • US Citizens can travel using a valid passport or birth certificate + government-issued photo ID 

  • Make sure your travel documents match the names listed on your boarding passes​

  • Some cruise lines may require printed boarding passes in order to board the ship. When in doubt, print it out.
