Your reservation is being managed by Daniel Meyer of KHM Travel. By booking with us, you agree that Daniel Meyer and KHM travel will serve as your travel agent for your cruise vacation for the contracted date(s).

All payments will be processed by your travel agent and paid directly to the cruise line. By placing a deposit, you are agreeing to the cruise ticket contract set forth by the cruise line. You also agree to all of the cruise line's terms & conditions.

All deposits are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in your cruise quote. Cancellation penalties will be applied according to the following schedule.

CANCELLATION PENALTIES​

Up to 91 days prior to sailing: Non-Refundable Deposit

90 to 56 days prior to sailing: $250 or Non-refundable deposit, whichever is greater

55 to 30 days prior to sailing: 50% of Total Fare

29 to 15 days prior to sailing: 75% of Total Fare

14 days or less: 100% of Total Fare

By sailing with us, you authorize TheAstrosLocker and our affiliates to use any photos taken of you during the voyage in future publications which may include print, internet, magazines, journals, books, articles, etc.

Every passenger who books with us will receive our signature swag: a drawstring bag, lapel pin, lanyard, luggage tag, and souvenir name tag. Each cabin will also receive a $50 Cruise Shop credit to purchase merchandise, with T-Shirts starting at $25 each.

Passengers who cancel their cruise will not receive swag bags regardless of the cancellation penalties paid to the cruise line.

One-size-fits-all swag is valued at $30 per person.

Cruise shop credit is valued at $50 per cabin.
​​Any changes to itinerary are made solely at the discretion of the cruise line and TheAstrosLocker will not be held responsible for these changes.
