FAN CRUISE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Fan Cruise partners with various cruise lines to provide your vacation experience. When you book with us, you agree to the cruise line’s terms and conditions along with the policies outlined here. Our goal is to keep everything clear and easy to understand so you know exactly what to expect.

Booking and Payments
All reservations are managed through Fan Cruise, but all payments are made directly to the cruise line. Each cruise line sets its own payment schedule, including the required deposit and final payment date. Once your reservation is created, we’ll provide your booking details and instructions on how to make payments directly with the cruise line.

If the final payment deadline is missed, the cruise line will cancel the reservation. We’ll always reach out with reminders so you have a chance to resolve the issue before any action is taken.
Cancellations and Refunds
All deposits are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of booking. Cancellation penalties follow the cruise line’s standard guidelines. Refund amounts decrease as the sail date approaches, so earlier cancellations typically receive higher refunds.

-
Up to 91 days prior to sailing: Non-Refundable Deposit
-
90 to 56 days prior to sailing: $250 or Non-refundable deposit, whichever is greater
-
55 to 30 days prior to sailing: 50% of Total Fare
-
29 to 15 days prior to sailing: 75% of Total Fare
-
14 days or less: 100% of Total Fare

Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is optional but strongly recommended. It can help protect your trip in the event of illness, delays, or unexpected changes. You may add insurance at the time of booking or request it later. Please let us know if you have pre-existing medical conditions that you are seeking coverage for during your vacation.
Onboard Policies
All guests must follow the cruise line’s onboard rules, safety procedures, and conduct guidelines. The cruise line reserves the right to remove any guest who violates these policies. Fan Cruise is not responsible for decisions made by the cruise line regarding onboard conduct or removal.

Fan Cruise acts as an independent group organizer and is not responsible for the cruise line’s decisions regarding itinerary changes, port cancellations, ship operations, or onboard services. By booking, you acknowledge that the cruise line controls all aspects of the cruise experience outside of Fan Cruise programming.

Fan Cruise Terms
Fan Cruise hosts a variety of private events throughout the sailing. While we make every effort to deliver the full schedule, event times and offerings may change due to ship operations, weather, or other factors outside our control. Any adjustments will be communicated as clearly and quickly as possible.

Each cabin receives a curated selection of Fan Cruise swag. These items are exclusive to Fan Cruise guests and are included as part of your reservation. Items may vary by voyage or affinity group. Please see your specific voyage for details about included swag. All Fan Cruise merchandise is shipped directly to your home before the sailing. Shipping is a flat 10 dollars per cabin. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will work with you to resolve it promptly.

Fan Cruise events are photographed and filmed so we can share the experience with future guests. By attending Fan Cruise events, you grant Fan Cruise permission to use your image, voice, and likeness in photos, videos, and other media captured during the sailing. These materials may be used for future marketing, promotional content, or event documentation. This usage is standard for group events and helps us showcase the experience to future guests.

If you prefer not to appear in marketing materials, let us know and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request during photo and video capture.
