Sailgate 2027 is our first Houston football fan cruise. This seven night journey on the Carnival Breeze brings together fans who enjoy warm weather, good company, and a shared love for Houston football. The week features themed nights, contests, giveaways, photo opportunities, and a variety of group activities that make the experience feel easy and enjoyable.

GALVESTON
Embarkation Day
Set sail from a historic jewel in the Gulf of Mexico on Carnival cruises out of Galveston, Texas. Perched on the Gulf Coast, Galveston was a major commercial port in the late 1800s and has the restored architecture and proud history to show for it. Galveston’s long seawall stretches from beach to beach and offers gulf views the whole way. Sprinkle in a few museums, amusement parks, attractive beaches and tasty seafood restaurants, and you’ve got a great start to your cruise from Galveston.

FUN DAY AT SEA
The sun rises over the open water as your first full day at sea begins. The Carnival Breeze is already buzzing with everything people love about a day on board, and we have added our own Texans themed fun to make the day even more memorable. Our Fan Cruise programming starts strong with a Texans Watch Party that brings everyone together for the game. Later in the day, we roll into our legendary Bar Crawl, a fan favorite that takes you through some of the ship’s most popular bars with plenty of laughs along the way. It is the perfect mix of football energy and vacation pace. The Carnival Breeze is packed with attractions from pools and hot tubs to live music, comedy, and great food around every corner. Whether you want to relax, explore, or join the action, the first sea day sets the tone for a full week of fun on board.

FUN DAY AT SEA
We are sailing our way toward Montego Bay with a full day at sea and a schedule packed with Texans themed fun. Today brings some of our most popular activities, starting with our Cabin Gift Exchange, a lighthearted tradition that always brings plenty of laughs. Later in the day, fans can join our Texans Feud game show, a fast paced favorite that fills the room every year. We will also host a pair of slot pulls for anyone feeling lucky. Around the ship you will find everything the Carnival Breeze is known for, including Playlist Productions shows, live music, comedy, great food, and plenty of places to relax between events. It is the perfect way to enjoy the journey as we make our way toward Jamaica.

MONTEGO BAY, JM
Montego Bay is one of Jamaica’s most lively and colorful destinations. Soft sand, clear water, and the island’s signature rhythm set the tone the moment you arrive. You can spend the day relaxing on the beach, exploring local shops, or joining an excursion that takes you deeper into Jamaica’s natural beauty. Whether you want calm or adventure, Montego Bay offers an easy, memorable day in the Caribbean.

GRAND CAYMAN
Grand Cayman is known for its bright blue water, soft sand, and some of the most beautiful marine life in the Caribbean. The island feels calm and refined, yet full of natural wonder just offshore. Many guests spend the day at Seven Mile Beach, but the island’s most famous experience is Stingray City, where you can stand in shallow water and interact with friendly stingrays in a peaceful, natural setting. Snorkeling and diving are also popular, with clear water and colorful reefs that make the island a favorite for ocean lovers. Grand Cayman offers an easy, memorable day in paradise.

COZUMEL
Cozumel is proof that Mexico can do ‘island flavor’ with the best of the Caribbean. It may not be the biggest island in the sea, but Cozumel offers a huge variety of things to do, see, taste and explore. This island just happens to be perched atop a coral reef, which promises hours of snorkeling or scuba diving fun. Cruises to Cozumel dock at the island’s heart — just minutes from San Miguel’s seafront shops and the white sand beach at Chankanaab National Park. Drift among star corals and sea fans on a Cozumel diving excursion or simply kick back on the beach beneath your own palm palapa as the turquoise waves roll in. With non-stop zip line action, ancient discoveries at the nearby Mayan ruins, or time spent with your toes in the sand, a cruise to Cozumel may just top your best vacations list… before you even get home.

FUN DAY AT SEA
No port today. After six full days of sun, events, and island adventures, this final sea day is the perfect chance to relax by the pool or jump into one more round of Texans themed fun. It is the last day of the voyage, and we are celebrating everything you have enjoyed throughout the week. We will host a full slate of events, but the highlight is our Cruise Awards Show. This end of week tradition features a wrap up video, our final giveaways, and a few lighthearted awards for guests who made the week unforgettable. You might see categories like Most Spirited or Best Dressed, but the fun often comes from the surprises. Sometimes the best moments inspire awards of their own, like Best Cannonball at Mr. Sancho's. The passengers bring the energy, and we celebrate it all. It is a simple, upbeat way to close out the week as we make our way back to Texas.
